What are your office hours?
The office is available 24/7
Can I provide the materials?
Yes, you can provide your own materials such as fixtures, outlets, and switches. However, we. will not warranty these items and may refuse them if they do not meet code requirements.
Are parts and labor warranted? How long?
All labor is warranted for 2 years from the date of installation. Parts supplied by Linc Electric, excluding bulbs, are warranted for 2 years unless otherwise noted.
What if I am not satisfied with my service?
If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you are encouraged to call the office to discuss your concerns. We want to know how we can serve you better!
Is there a charge for an on-site estimate?
No, estimates are absolutely free of charge
Can I make an appointment for an estimate online?
Yes, you can make appointments by visiting our scheduling page and entering your information.
Are you able to assist us in obtaining a certificate of inspection for work done by others?
The area in question would be thoroughly inspected by Linc electric, Co. Inc. If there are no violations, we can secure a certificate of inspection at an additional cost. If violations exist, they would need to be corrected.
Do you accept credit cards?
Absolutely, for your convenience we accept MasterCard, American Express, Visa, Discover, Diners Club & Pay Pal credit cards. All transactions are secure.
We still have the round fuses instead of circuit breakers. Is this a safety issue?
No, it is not a safety issue if the fuse box is not showing any deterioration or stress (rust, burn marks, or melted copper). The majority of insurance companies and new home buyer inspectors now require that fuse boxes be replaced with circuit breakers.
